We met Fiona at Huzot HaYotzer several years ago and I fell in love with and bought a Bat Cat card. I kept it with a magnet on a door and it brought a smile to my face every time I would see it. However, the window of the door had a leak when it rained and the card got smeared. I was so happy that Fiona could send me a new card so easily, quickly and graciously. THANKS – the card is back in its spot- I kept it in its plastic bag this time!
