I made this fun card by hand-stamping the image then colouring it in using specialty markers. I used inks to create the watery backdrop the I build everything up in several layers to create a fun 3-D effect. The inside has a light piece of card-stock so you can add your own special message. Every card comes with a crisp white envelope and can be mailed via regular post.
