I created this “water-marked” card by hand-stamping the images then colouring them in using specialty markers and inks. I used quality card-stock and “fish-scale-y” designer paper to build it up in multiple layers which creates a cool 3-D effect. The inside of this card is blank so you can write your special message. Every card comes with a crisp white envelope that you can mail with a standard stamp.
