This twinkling card is hand-stamped then coloured in using specialty markers and inks. I used quality 80lb card-stock and designer paper to build it up in multiple layers which creates a really fun 3-D effect. The inside of the card has light-coloured paper to write your special message on. Every card comes with a crisp white envelope that you can mail with a standard stamp.
