High-Flying Birthday Cat Coming your Way

Get ready to send some fun birthday wishes with this adorable Birthday Cat and his red balloon all set to fly by. They say that growing up is inevitable, maturing; however, is optional so… one is never too old for balloons! While this might seem like the purr-fect card for a kitty (and/or balloon) loving member of your tribe, it can also be used for any celebration that calls for the filling of balloons.

The ginger cat and his polka-dotted ballon were hand-stamped then coloured in using alcohol-based markers and a special white-gel pen.  I created the sky using a water-colour technique but with inks instead. The greeting was stamped on using archival ink then everything was cut out and layered, ‘cause who doesn’t love 3-D?!

I put some light-coloured paper on the inside so you have lots of room to write your birthday wishes. This 4.25 x 5.5” card also comes with a crisp white envelope that you can mail as regular letter-mail, no special stamp required.
